Initially, we had the idea of buying an already completed house in Greece in order to simplify the procedures and avoid the hassle. It was after meeting Dimitris, who showed us his projects at different stages of construction, and then hearing from all our acquaintances in Parga nothing but praise for Dimitris and the seriousness of his work, that we decided to embark on the adventure of building a house in Greece. Very quickly, the house was completed, and it is truly wonderful! Under these circumstances, there was absolutely no problem with having the house built from a distance. Everything was carefully thought through and carried out using high-quality materials. Dimitris is a perfectionist and has thought of everything, down to the smallest detail. Looking back, and speaking with many Greek and French colleagues and friends to whom we show this beautiful house, we realize how rare it is for such a project to go so smoothly, both in Greece and in France, and how incredibly fortunate we were to entrust the construction to this team. In addition, the support after completion is remarkable. Katerina, Dimitris' assistant, helped us with the various procedures required after the house was handed over, such as paying the property tax, arranging the electricity, etc., always with great kindness.
